Residential-StyleConstruction
Every Newmar coach is built one at a time, by skilled men and women who have spent an average of 8 years as part of the Newmar family—with attention to detail and special care at each step in the process.
What you’ll find inside
SIDEWALL LAYERS
The sidewalls of every Newmar are built for unparalleled comfort and strength with aluminum framing, beadboard foam, Kraft paper vapor barrier, batten insulation, exterior fiberglass, and an interior panel.
STUDS
Like a fine home, every Newmar coach is framed 16 inches on center, and is built with aluminum studs for lightweight strength.
ROOF
Built similarly to our sidewalls, the roof has 16 inch on center aluminum trusses which are built in-house for maximum strength and durability. Backers are added to support roof mounted components.
FLOORING
A structural wood floor resists buckling and reduces the seams in the structure. Layers of main floor stringers and fiberglass insulation add strength and protection.
CABINETS
We build our own handcrafted cabinets in-house. All joints are screwed and glued for extra strength. They’re also hand-sanded and inspected before for the final finish is applied.
PAINT
Thicker fiberglass in our sidewalls offer a flat foundation for the smooth paint finish that you’ll find in our industry-exclusive Masterpiece Finish™, complete with graphic options.
